The orc shaman (Grandpa) is done now. Once he gets glued onto the diorama, it will no longer be possible to see him from all angles, since he’ll be standing in the corner, so I sticky tacked him to a gaming base to take photos.
Thanks! I’m glad I started with Grandpa, because this mini was very complex. It had so many details, and so many parts that had to be painted with different colors. The others should be much easier. (Knock on wood!)
Thanks, Andy! I’ll add some more highlights the next time I pick up my brushes.
I’ll hold off on the dirt for now, though. Once added, it wouldn’t be easily removed, so I think I’ll wait until I get all of the figures placed in the scene and evaluate how it works as a whole before I make any modifications like that.
VERY NICE!
You’v done some excellent work on this miniature, can;t wait to see the rest as they start rolling out

Very well done. I love him. The expression is perfect, and you cloth work is stunning.
Crits:
1. Add another level of highlights to the top of his head, the top of the skull, and the top of the staff.
2. He needs a bit of dirt. He looks very clean, which doesn’t seem to fit the character.
Looking great, can’t wait to see the rest.
