I’ve started converting the policemen. The one with the arm replacement will need the most work. I’ll have to completely resculpt the shoulders. But the pins I’ve inserted, and the glued-on arm replacements should give me a good framework to build from. I will have to also use green stuff on the neck of that one, and around the wrist of the other officer.
